Does O'Charleys really care. How many times week after week after week for months did the surveys tell us that Nobody cared? Could it be that this is catching up with sales. Is anyone making steady money any more? Cooks get sent home early, management freaks out when a $2.13/hour employee approaches overtime, and sales are soft. Hmmm. It trickles down from the top. Nobody cares about employees or guests from what it looks like. How about sharing some experiences that show me different or reinforce my theory.

How many managers does it take to proof some rolls? My friend says the GM, KM, SM were sitting in the back dining room and zero proofed rolls in the house after 5pm yesterday
let us all quit. let's all not show up to work on the same day. everyone turn off their phones and all get employment elsewhere.
