Who Wants a ToGo Order?
The dreaded question when no ToGo server is on. What a pain. There might be a tip in it for you. Most likely there will not. Shouldn't there be some compensation for a server taking a togo order? It is worth $8.00 an hour for O'Charleys to have somebody assigned to this task. When there is not somebody at togo's a server must take time from his/her tables to perform this task. If you are busy it takes away from the tips you are there to earn. It is quite an inconvenience, especially when you doubt that you will get a tip. There should be something in it for this server.
It used to be if you did 3 togo's you didn't have to pay tip out. This gave some incentive to do it right.

yea, they pay those people to stand around most of the time at togo.
There is no reason for anyone not to access this blogspot. What they are doing now is to put fear in anyone who works there about using it. I would like to see ALL OF THIS PUT TO A END. There is no investigation going on. If there is, COME GET ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There will be more SSN' Numbers posted if there is not a paper shredder in that office soon. Phil, I hope that you read this. The SSN'Numbers that were posted are only the start of this. Fox Five News and the I-Team has been told of this. Why can't this place spend $25-$40 dollers to make everyone be safe?
isn't it sad that a guest comes into o'charleys to order a to-go order, no server wants to ring it in.
that is no way to do business. but what is a server to do. would you want to wait on a table knowing they are not going to tip you and the bill is 40.00.
well that is what to-go's are. and i can say from experience that i will not take any to-go orders either. i know that if i were to go into a restaurant to place a to-go order and all servers sad no, i would wonder why. but most people have no clue. something needs to be done about this problem before it gets worse. a service charge needs to be added on the check, and maybe then any server would be more than happy to do the honors. until that time. no togo orders taken from me. let those people stand there wonder why no one will help them!!!!!!!!
