Gas Gives Me Gas
The increase in gas prices is making a dent in sales, tips, and personal expenses. It is getting harder to upsell, to sell appetizers and desserts. More people than ever are drinking water, and it is not because they are trying to be healthy. They are going to be more selective when they eat out. That means trouble for this O'Charleys. Memories of bad food or bad service will keep guests from returning even more than we already experience. This ship needs to sail in a positive direction with a new captain.

yes it is true. gas prices have affected tips and business. and the tuesday kids eat free night hurts to the less tips a server makes. people think that they can get a lot of free food in the place of high gas prices. like a mother ordering 4 piece tenders for 2 of her very small children knowing they will not eat them so she can eat them herself. hopefully the cheap guests will stay home instead of wasting our time to make poor money.
Speaking of gas, waht in the world does Mares eat? His gas clears out the cooks from behind the line and floats into the alley. Holy ! Let's take up a collection and buy him some Beanos.
Most of the other restaurants in this area don't seem to be hurting like us. i am not sure they are ... only us! Because OCharleys sucks big D*(k.
