Misleading Ad for Managers

This advertisement on Monster.com for Chux managers obviously omits the history at the Buford, GA Mall of Georgia restaurant. Either that or the company lies like hell! Do you think maybe this is why all the good managers leave?

O'Charley's was started in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1971 with the goal of creating a comfortable, friendly place where friends could gather. Over the years, quality, freshness and superior service were the elements of growing a successful company to nearly one billion dollars in sales. O'Charley's is still headquartered in Nashville and is publicly traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol "CHUX."

Retention of managers? What a joke! I heard that this location has had at more GM's than it has years opened.

Notice the ad says that "quality, freshness, and superior service WERE....." not ARE. those three elements are long gone and actually were never here.

And relationships...GEEZ! What kind of relationship is it where the company dumps on the employees and does not listen to concerns?

This ever changing restaurant can not even find how it wants to present its concept. Is is Irish, family, bar, sportsbar, sandwich, fish, chicken, steak....etc? It has FAILED to extablish an identity and constantly struggles to find a place in the food chain. Is it like Shoney's, or Applebee's, or Longhorn, or upscale, or casual, or serious, or fun.

What it is is a MESS.
