Half-way House for Sex Offenders
Is this store a half-way house for sex offenders? You know the story on Russ at O'Charleys and at the Fieldhouse. Now comes Ernie, who approached a female employee in the cooler when he was here years ago. Someone should look into his transfers from store to store to see if he is another Russ. Hmmmmm. Is O'Charleys just unable to hire and keep decent managers?

What has happened to Shadow and everyone else at this site? Has everyone quit? I like to check here to see whats going on at Mall of Georgia O'Charley's and have not seen many updates since late May. What's going on? I did hear through the grapvine that the fearless Stacey was finally fired but no news from all of you.
Yes this is a halfway house for sex offenders. They have Richard there who I heard was molesting his son repeatly untill his ex-wife found out.This prick still gets gay porn sent to him at work.I think that no one male or female is safe at that store with Russ, Ernie and Richard rubbing up on all the cooks by "mistake" while getting his jollies.
Sounds like you have experience with them. Was it good?
I am furious at richard. after all the 'favors' i have done for him, he now ignores me. i am tempted to file a sexual harrassment suit against him, but then I will be exposed as a gay male. no one here knows about my private fixations except rich, because he has taken part with me many times. i don't know what to do. he has 'shafted' me one time too many and now is paying no attention to me. i think he has done this before, pretending that he will give good schedules and raises in return for physical pleasure, then running people off or firing them.
i wish i could openly talk about this with some of you. have any of you people who have been here for a long time seen anything like what i describe is happening to me? is this why he is so quiet, yet so nervous and grouchy?
