Here is another blog from another O'Charleys. The blogger refers to the happenings at this restaurant as atrocities. www.theocserver.blogspot.com . Could it be that what happens at Buford also occurs at other chux?

It is false hope on your part....just give it a little time and you will see. She picks a couple of servers out and they become her pets and then it is all over for the rest of you. She comes to work drunk half the time or more (that's why she is always chewing gum) and the other half she is just moody. Great mood swings from coming down off her drunk "high". Sorry to spoil your dream but that's what it is a pipe dream.
What store is Laura at now? I used to work with her and I miss her!! Everyone loved her at our store!
