What ADRM?
What happened to the adrm's this weekend?
Sat lunch--sent home
Sat dinner--sent home
Sun brunch--none
Business finally picks up this weekend and now we are short-staffed with managers. It was hard to find a manager when two were on the cook line(one was Richard) with 35 minute cook times, and another is in the alley on a Saturday night. What about taking care of the front of the house? Brunch had only one manager on duty. Richard is back to cooking eggs. Cook times went over 25 minutes. Russ had his hands full out front. What is this going to do to our surveys now? Most of the few manager visits are when a manager is notified that a survey exists.

i guess some reorganization is in order. sounds like very poor management to me. what about the new brunch menu! sounds good but will it happen?
Where is Jon when we need him? Good move getting rid of him, Little Richard.
maybe if your negative attitudes would quit running off the help everything would run smoothly!

Hey.. I was told by Phil that we arent to tell a manager when we have a survey. It is managements job to visit each and every table.
Right. We tell the mgr about the survey checks so it will make it look like they are doing their job.
i agree. the only reason we let the managers know is so that table will surely get a table visit. otherwise they probably would not go.
actually, the managers do visit most all of the tables, you are letting them know about the surveys to make sure that they visited that specific table. Many times have I told a manager about a survey and 50% of the time they have already visited that table.
That is impossible, since much of the time only one manager is in the building and often that manager is not in the dining room. You wouldn't happen to be a manager yourself would you?
