Sick Building
The roof here has had leaks for ages. Over a year ago it was determined that water was coming in and down the walls of the glass house and lounge. Look how they put plants in the walkway to catch water each time is rains. Just look at the wallpaper. What has O'Charleys done to remedy this problem? Nothing! Can you imagine how much mold has built up over the months and years. This place is becoming a cesspool with bugs and bad germs. The company brags about how much $Volume it does. It surely can find the funds to fix a sick building. Do we have something like Legionaire's Disease lurking in the walls? Doesn't anybody in corporate care about the health of the employees and guests? I suppose they are waiting until another lawsuit forces them to take action. That seems to be the company M.O.

Volume?!? What volume? This is the slowest restaurant in the area. Even the new Mill House or whatever it is called at the back of the mall is doing better than we are. I talked to Wynn this week and he told me that the Cheescake Factory did more in 1 day than we do all week. The servers there are making $100.00 EASILY on Monday lunch. I think I need to quit this dump and find another place to work.
Dump is right. This has become the ghetto restaurant for the Mall of Georgia. That's how chux treats it. It seems to be the landing place for the loser managers in thse company. It is a second rate operation at best. The building is dirty and rundown just like the gm.
the leaking walls are probly why somebody here is always sick with a cold or allergy. they will fix it by 2010
the only time this place even thinks about being clean is when announced visits happen. I woyuld like to see Frank or higher just show up one day. If they go to another store first they call everybody and warn them. It should happen on a day when SF is not here and they can interview employees in privacy.
