Service?
Why is it so difficult to get good service at O'Charleys, and I don't just mean this one. Take look at this review from a store in NC. It seems that wherever you go, it takes a long time to get food and the service is poor. I think it must stem from the mentality of O'Charleys. Hire whoever or whatever you can. Hope they stay for a while. Don't require them to be tested thoroughly in training. Don't pay the cooks anything. Bla, bla bla.........
I suppose you get what you pay for. This goes for employees as well as guests.

seriously man...why don't you just stop with this sight...i'm pretty confident i know who you are, but either way it is obvious that you do not even work store anymore...yeah stacy was horrible, richard is gay, phil sucks at his job and must physically sucking on someone to still have his job, but the bottom line is the thrill is gone, turn your efforts to something that is gonna make yourself better
do you guys even know that we are under completely different management?? All of you need to get a life and move on from o'charleys... it was just a job
