Action not words. This organization is out to change the tip system in restaurants. Tipping is an unfair method of wages for the slaves-oops, servers--in the industry. Go to this website and join the movement to gain fair wages: FairTip.org . It is past time to reward wait staff with earnings that get them above the poverty level.

Road Runner here... Why do you want me? You don't even know who I am or am not!?
Obviously you either dont know how to serve or whoever is giving you this pay info isn't worth a hoot at it. Servers who work with me average $23.00 per hour they work over all. That's not just what they make on a busy weekend (that can be $50). It includes the slow times too. Servers who make poverty level wages usually are getting paid what they are worth!!!
