The effects of spring break coupled with daylight savings time means a different schedule for guests. Friday night was slow, the first day of spring break. Now people will be eating later as they adjust to the extended hour of daylight. This provides anxiety when you come on to your shift and wait for the guests to arrive. Sort of like it normally is.

Anyone hear from Wynn or Derrick lately? And how they are doing? i really miss them both...seemed like they were the only ones here that cared about us.
Just to let you guys know, this site does not go overlooked. Why do you think people are being fired that have any ties with this website? It's not something that upper management will even take notice to, because it's not the way to go about having your problems heard. That's why O'Charley's has a telephone number...that's what upper management is required to take attention to. But, I would assume you are all too scared to try that out, because they MIGHT recognize you!?! haha

What do you mean ties to this site? How does anyone know who is who? Will I get fired if they find out I read it? How will they find out? If I get fired for ties to this site, or other reasons, will the ACLU get involved? Do you consider Phil upper management, cause he doesnt do squat? Who would you call?
we have personal freedom to do what we want when we are away from work and especially in our homes. if we want to read and/or write on this blog. it is nobodys business. but i do feel it should be used to better everyone instead of bitching and complaining.
I agree about the last stmt. Productivity would be encouraged here but it isn't b/c the big O won't and doesn't fix what we are saying on here. So we will be positive when the environment we are posting about is positive.
I know a little sumpin' about da law and if management is caught firing a person for posting here outside of maliscious intent or slander/libel that is in direct accordance of the job then they can be taken to da court! Also da person could attain $200/mo from da state for such inappropriate termination.
If we want to post here we can post here. If you don't like it, don't read it. If we say it while we are working then you come get us, otherwise back off b/c you have no, and I repeat, NO juristiction at this locale!
If you want the accusations and comments to stop, then fix the problems at our store and they will take an upward trend, probably. I have given you many to think about and have also published here to try to pay respects and bring this place up.
Give us an appropriate place to work and clean and healthy and let us be ourselves within the confines of your rules and this will all simmer down.

You all have no life and yes you can get fired for saying things on this website. Why because in GA you do NOT have to have a reason to fire anyone, so if someone overhears something and it get back to management guess what see ya. If everyone that works there hates there job so much get a new one its not that hard. There is 500 jobs right there go work for 5.15 an hour. Then again if you stay you all aren't worth it anyway. You know why you hate the people from Cumming because they're better then you at most anything including life i'm sure. Let us fire all of the cumming aliens. That would solve so much of the conflicts in the restaurant. For the most part, they are worthless know-it-alls anyway.

You must be in management, cause they are ignoring FACTS and stooping to firing people who bring their failures into the open. Why are you so concerned about Buford if you don't actually work here and see what is going on.
Its easier to fire someone for what they know and think than to fix the problems, right management. Ignore them and they will go away
I don't really want to call anyone out......but I am pretty sure the Cumming Rock Star is Katie. Since she found out about the website all of a sudden there has been someone sticking up for the "Bitch" and "Jellyfish" no one was doing that before she found out the web address. I don't really care.. if she wants to say here peace here let her.. that's what the rest of are doing as well. This is a place that is good to just let us vent and get it off our chests and hope that something will get done about it.
And by the way yes GA is a right to work state meaning they can fire you for what ever reason they want or for no reason at all, but that doesn't mean we can't sue them for wrongful termination or discrimination. So, most employers make sure they have a reason to fire you...to cut down on the law suites.
