Does anybody have a nomination for an outstanding zone buddy? There are some people who go out of their way to help others, whether it be running food, greeting, helping sidework, singing, or helping on the computer. There are others, well, you know..... forget them. Who are the all stars here, it might even be a manager??

Kevin use to help me out a lot during day with both. he usually did butter cup things at end of day for many people adn I dont know why but he did. heard he quit though? did he leave or was he fired? Shannon also does help when shes asked or not busy just dont make her angry!
i believe that most of the newer servers do not know the meaning of zone buddy. so many times i hear, who has that table, it has been sat..... i say, go greet it, grabs their drinks and seek out their server......makes a lot of sense to me.
I wish all of you would express your, concerns to a higher level. Then maybe something will be done. Maybe you shawdow,you are the leader of the pact.You wouldn't know the impact of doing something unless you try.
Here is Phil's number, but he doesn't care either. I think you have to go higher and put pressure on Phil from above. Why he doesn't see that Stacey is a loser for this store is beyond me.

I think if phil dosen't care then every- one, needs to go to a higher level. call corporate. if you do something than you can get results. IT is as simple as that.
