Ghetto Maintenance
Every guest who leaves this restaurant takes a look at the door handle when leaving. It is a disgrace to the O'Charleys concept that the door handles are in such state of disrepair. Touching them, one feels that the whole handle might fall off in your hands. This place will continue to be second or third class until somebody takes control of maintaining the equipment and building. There is no pride here or competency in caring for the physical appearance of the building, the food, or the staff. It is all run down.

yes, and most of the chairs are missing rails on the bottom. one of these days, some fat person is going to sit down on one of these chairs and is going to collapse. will be a funny site..
Look no further than the MANAGEMENT that hired us! Certainly a tough process:
- Fill out form
- Take stupid useless test that isn't even looked over
- Fill out computer forms
- You are hired!
- Forget taking the mandatory test to get on the floor... there is no need, just get out there and fake it till you make it!
Great process and such good diligence to all that apply! So again, this comes back to management... don't hire who you don't know or know anything about. Anyone can smile or wear a tight shirt, short skirt, etc. Hire good quality people and you will get good quality servers!
Speaking of faking it, Laura's mood swings and defensive attitude must be tied to alcohol or medication.
Speaking of Ghetto... anyone know when or if we are going to get any REAL rack holder brackets for the salad and cake cooler? They are being held on by those cable ties at the moment.
When are we going to get the bread oven doors fixed so that it closes all the way?
When are we going to fix the wheel or get a new rack for the bread? Push it the wrong way and the wheel sticks... racks can fall out and then all bread on the floor!
When are we going to fix the squeal or replace the glasses rack so it doesn't squeak so loud the customers ears bleed?
Same question about the bar cart? It rolls to one angle most of the time!
Oh, and nice paint job on the Dry storage door... did you know that you are suppose so keep that ON the door itself and not on the floor and walls, etc?
How long was the dishwasher broken before we had someone come in and take all day to fix it? Nice job BTW, we appreciate not hearing the damn thing running all the time like it use to.
Oh yes, good job on the relatively new cutting boards for cooks as well, now they don't have to worry about things falling off the line!
Just some questions so that we know what to expect. But seriously, don't fix these things b/c you are hoping to keep your food, dishes, and servers safe, wait until there is enough wrong to fix the important things.
BEEP, BEEP!!!
