Management's Stepchild
Last week on Tuesday, kids eat free day, and once again as soon as Wynn entered the building the other managers disappeared. They re-appeared after 7 PM. They were in the back dining room talking while he ran the restaurant alone. This also seems to happen every Sunday when he arrives during that difficult transition from Brunch to Dinner. We all know sidework is sloppy then, employees are burned out, the cook times increase, and things are generally in disorder. These are frustrating times. It looks like they treat him as an outsider and don't care about anything except themselves.

Phil should read all this. Well, even then, I don't think anything would be done. Maybe a slap on the wrist.
phil does not give a damn. all he is concerned with is profits and food cost. did you know that it is the servers who runs the restaurant and not the managers. the managers have no clue as to the goings on in the building.
poor wynn, he gets a bad break when acually he sees the real side of things. so he does not care, none of us do. he wiill be leaving soon. that is my guess!!!!
it wouldn't matter if Phil read this. He knew everything about Graciella and look at how long it took for him to actually do anything about her. He also brought a manager back to the restaurant that had sexual harassment complaints against him. Phil doesn't know how to do his job any better than Stacy and Laura.
i think that this is just fucking hilarious that this site is up and running and i admire whoever it was who set it up...i still talk to some people that work there and i just feel sorry for them...you would actually shut down if you did not have free endless rolls...your restaurant really is is a joke...like a joke to everyone who works in that one mile strip there...countless times i would have a beer at friday's or taco mac and have the "pleasure" of telling someone where i worked and literally get laughed at...i used to save dignity by saying i do good there because i have the shifts...and i know that typically i did make the most money there but i busted my ass to do so...it was endless compliments and comments that assured me i was doing a great job...i am actually the reason that there are permanent weedwackers and not just whoever was "promised" to get it...but i didn't ring in a side caesar salad and got fired...apparently asking high school girls half your age to blow you in the cooler or just boozing throughout your entire shift is cool...even rewarded...i really thought that place would be great after the pig was fired but it seems to have gotten worse...which just blows my fucking mind...actually seems impossible...impossible until i realize that phil is still there...he is 100% the reason that is a shitty place to eat and work...he actually told me that a restaurant full of employees like me would crash and burn...about the same as saying graciella was slim and sexy due to a well balanced diet...phil has been demoted before and really should be fired...stacy should never have become a manager let alone a gm based solely on the fact that he cannot properly speak or write the english language(ebonics does not qualify)..."sale one more beer"...has anyone told him to stop typing flyers or writing on the board?...personally it embarrassed me...he actually asked me where the integrity was in forgetting to ring in a side salad...flat out he does not know what the word means...but if you do not comply with minorities,they riot..literally.which is why the most incompetent person i ever met kept a job for how many years and the only great manager that has ever been there(with the exception of jack and derrick came at the tail end of me)david mason...was fired over a phone call to corporate made by someone in that restaurant...i still think it was the pig..he was a white male...richard is also not good at what he does...his problem solving techniques are just awful...alot of times they don't even make sense...but still there he is, forgetting to order half the shit you need for the week...and it all comes down to phil and flat out will never change while that little fuck still has a job...what you need to do is let this site fill up for a month or so and then call it into the corporate office and let them see first hand...by the way this is josh

you said it correctly. i can not have said it better myself. the place is a joke. i find it difficult to do my job due to the obstacles constantly in the way. service to the guest is number five on the list of things to get done. you go into the kichen, its run food, full hands, the bread buzzer going off, running side work(which no one does)...if you get all that stuff out of the way, then you can wait tables. they need a better system than that. they need to rename the restaurant and call it O'dumpys.
Well, I knew it ... they were gonna end up running off another good manager. So long Wynn hope you find a better team in your next store. Gonna miss you!!
