?Mandatory Meeting
Another die-namic company meeting. It was mandatory(whatever this means to Stacey). Hardly anyone was there. What did they expect when they only gave 3 or 4 days notice? Isn't anyone supposed to have a life outside of work? The joke continues. Some of management wasn't there either. They are getting the respect that they give.
Sort of like the Focus Meeting in January when Stacey either forgot to come or just said the heck with it and didn't cancel it. I think the same thing happened for the previous one too. I suppose his short term memory loss, or lets pretend we didn't talk and forget it attitude prevailed.

Somebody suggested we speak up at meetings and let management know what we are thinking. This website is the only place we have. You can talk to Laura and she will walk away in the middle of the converesation. It has happened to me and it happened to a trainee Saturday. She was stunned. As for Stacey, things go in one ear, speed up, and fly out the other side. He tells you what he thinks you want to hear so you will go away. There is no follow thru on just about anything he ssays. He has no sensitivity to his employees. He is a fish out of water as GM. The turnover here is large because of his lack of talent. The guy is disorganized, he loses things, and was obviously promoted above his abilities
I personally think Stacey is just the front man. The "look good" to the public man. Ever have family in for the first time and he goes to the able? He says the same exact thing EVERY TIME>>>> do you acknowledge this person ( the employee ) in your family? He has no personality... he just looks good. The sharp dressed man. With jello for brains.
