Borrowed Manager
It looks like help is on the horizon. Kim is a borrowed manager from another location. Does anybody have any first impressions of her? Can this be a trial period for her? Word is another manager is scheduled for the near future. Will it be someone new? A transfer? A swap? What will the managers here tell the new one about this blog? Perhaps by then everyone on Stacey's and Laura's hit lists will be gone.

I ASKED ABOUT HER AND I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WORKED THERE BEFORE. SO MAYBE SHE WILL STAY AND HELP THE RESTAURANT GET BACK THE W
New management is fine and encouraged but there have been many times that a team has changed managers and kept the same team and there was no change, just new management. Bring her in and let her do her thing but you will need to change the servers as well and trade up or down but something has to give, one woman can't do it alone. No one woman or man is good enough to fix this place. Good service and quality care won't happen here. This location isn't going to survive except that they are near Mall of Ga!
Most of these servers are ones hired by the current managers. You say trade up or down. It woulld be hard to trade down for some of them. Would you get rid of the old servers who were there before this mamagement disaster team or the new3 ones they hired?
