Food Art

Well, Russ took food presentation to another level the other night. He learned the hard way to not let a guest take a plate off a tray you are holding. Can you imagine his surprise when his tray flipped and he dumped food all over himself. Russ, slow down and focus. Just another reason to run your own food!

That was funny as hell! Maybe you will consdier the actual server who took the order run the food. Better yet, you should know that when you remove weight from one side of a balanced tray, the other side will still weight the same. Guess you can teach an old dog new tricks! Funny that even in the effort to get the food to the customer faster, even that failed b/c they had to make another meal for them thus prolonging their stay. Can't win for losing...

BEEP, BEEP!!!

I would have paid money to see that! just goes to show you that Russ belongs in the kitchen, not out in the dining room with the customers! he is loud enough that they can hear him in the kitchen and that is bad enough!

Stacey belongs in the kitchen too. If you noticed, that is where he is happy, cause he is a KM not a GM. He is comfortable in cook outfits and out of place with a tie on. When will corporate figure that out. We would be better off if Russ and Stacey changed positions.
